Quick readjustment of the rear brake pedal on my BMW R1100RT.
I took the lowering kit off the peg. When I got the bike I thought I was too short for it. Turns out I wasn't.
Take the clip off with your fingers, flip it down, and the pin comes out.
Loosen the nut. That's your stop, and it's connected to the brake light switch. Adjust it where you want it.
Unscrew the rod until there's no play. Careful: it's connected to a rubber boot up top. If that comes out, brake fluid goes all over the place.
Once there's no play, tighten it down. Pin back in, clip back up.
Test it. You should feel mild resistance. If there's none, something's off and you need to redo it.
